I got a cappuccino and I am highly satisfied. I also got the chocolate pistachio croissant. Not exaggerating, one of the best croissants I've ever eaten. I only gave it a four star because the atmosphere itself left me wanting. It's small and there are really little spaces to sit down. It's still nice however and has a chill atmosphere. I also agree that the staff are super friendly. Overall, I would definitely come here again. The espresso they use tastes good and is strong, where the cappuccino is not too milky. πŸ’›

In my opinion, this is the best source of single-origin bean coffee in Mercer County [possibly beyond, but definitely Mercer County]. The flavor profiles of their coffees is so delicate and fragrant. This place usually has a very, very good decaf. Wow! We buy their 12oz packs and brew using Chemex. Drinking their El Salvador (a highly approachable coffee with a medium body, mild plum acidity, soft mouthfeel, notes of milk chocolate and caramel, and a baking spice finish) right now, and planning on switch to their Decaf Colombiana right after (balanced, medium-bodied and silky, with notes of milk chocolate, orange, and brown sugar). Highly recommended for discerning coffee drinkers. Consistently outstanding coffee. The next best place for me is Char & Stave in Aardmore, PA, in part because they have a $50k roaster, but that's pretty far away!

The atmosphere and customer service were great. Not only is this place a gem πŸ’Ž the coffee is also very good. We were able to try the latte and expresso shot. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

My wife and I go here at a minimum 3 days a week. The coffee is fantastic, the baked goods are incredible, and the workers are spectacular. This is honestly one of the best coffee shops in New Jersey, by far. Unfortunately, it’s a little small on the inside, so don’t expect to always get a seat. But in the spring, summer, and fall, you can go outside to the park that’s right next to the shop or walk around downtown Princeton. Highly recommend Rojos!

FANTASTIC COFFEE. No lie, this is probably THE best Mocha I've ever had (and I say that as a Seattleite/PNW'er). My wife and I are in town for the weekend, visiting my son and daughter-in-law, and this place was recommended by them for my morning coffee. Went right at 8 (when they opened), and the staff were SUPER friendly - which alone is different, as boutique coffee shop staffers often are on the taciturn side. Baked goods were fresh, and when the customer ahead of me ordered an oat bar, they asked whether he wanted a "corner" or a "middle"! Now, this is a huge deal (corner is crusty; middle is soft), but I've honestly never heard any place (even bakeries!) ask this!! My Mocha is amazing: layers of complexity to the chocolate, rather than just the usual one-note flavor, and the coffee itself is incredible. So yeah, highest recommendation if you're in the Princeton area and looking for a great cup.
